The Centura Condominiums is a gated community located in Woodcrest, on the east side of Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Seventy individual units are comprised of twenty-two townhouse and forty-eight garden units.

Townhouse units have two assigned parking spaces with direct access into an underground garage. Each townhouse unit also has a deck-level private entrance and rear patio.

Eight garden unit buildings each house six garden units. Each garden unit has two stacked assigned parking spaces with elevator access to the underground garage. Each garden unit has it's own secured storage area at the top of the garage bay parking.
